2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
3. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can use that tracking number to track your delivery on the courier’s website (UPS or USPS).Alternatively, you can also track your order directly through our website on the Track Your Order page.
4. What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process instead.
5. Do you offer returns?

6. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we deliver only within the United States.
8. Are there any additional fees at checkout?

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and already include applicable sales tax. Shipping is free within the United States. The amount shown at checkout is the final price you will pay.
